Romelu Lukaku was born in Antwerp, Belgium on May 13, 1993. When he was young, he started his football playing career, aiming at being an excellent professional footballer. Prior to transfer to the Anderlecht of the Belgian Pro League, he began his football playing career from local football club Rupel Boom in 2006. When he was 16, Romelu Lukaku accomplished his first professional appearance in a match, turning to the top scorer of Belgium while he was awarded the Belgian championship. For outstanding performances and unparalleled potentials on football fields, he was chosen as a member of the Premier League club Chelsea in 2011. He was loaded to the West Bromwich Albion and the Everton respectively. In 2017, he reached an agreement with Manchester City to play for the football club until 2022.
